If the client requires it, we complement this study with implementation and monitoring services for projects or companies, carrying out the following services:
- Monitoring and supervision of business strategic development plans and analysis of the viability of ongoing projects and/or businesses (development, monitoring and supervision)
- Preparation and development of liquidity and financial plans along with the corresponding advice for the search for financing and debt restructuring.
